Delivery & Returns
All UK based orders made before midday, are sent out the same day by second class courier. This usually takes 3-5 working days to arrive but can often come sooner. We also have an option for 24 hour tracked Royal Mail if you just can't wait to get your new hat!
We also do worldwide shipping!
Please note that if you are ordering to a work address we recommend using the Royal Mail option!
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you will receive a full refund upon receipt of the returned item for the total amount of your order.
Any returns must be received back within 30 days of original order being placed and in the same condition as they were sent out.
Please state whether you would like a refund or an exchange (and what hat) in your parcel. Postage will not be refunded.

We understand that Big Bobble Hats may not to be everyones taste, so for all orders purchased from the 1st November -24th December 2019, you will have until the 17th January 2020 to return or exchange any items. Please note that you MUST have the order number to do this.
