What is the minimum order?
Our custom hat orders start from 20 hats.
Can I choose my own colours?
Yes. You can select your preferred Pantone colours, with the number of Pantones available depending on your order quantity.
Can I add my logo?
Yes. We offer woven, leather and silicone logo options.
What file do you need for my logo?
We can work with VECTOR, EPS, SVG, PNG or JPEG files.
Can I see the design before ordering?
Yes. Once you tell us your preferred colours and requirements, we'll create mockups for you to approve.
Can I get a physical sample?
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide physical samples.
How long will my order take?
Lead times vary throughout the year. We'll confirm the current lead time when you enquire.
